The staff provided really good service. Daily housekeeping kept our room tidy. I enjoyed diverse activities on the hotel. The bartenders were very friendly. We had a nice experience here. I will be coming back soon for sure. I found the atmosphere to be good and relaxing.

Our room was on the ground floor. I didn't prefer that location. i thought hooks were needed for hanging towels. the food variety could be improved. I found it somewhat limited.

EVERYTHING was really wonderful. I traveled as a single woman and felt comfortable. My stay in the Diamond Club is a must, it provides really good service. My butlers always checked up on me. Akim and his twin drove me around the resort.

the bottled drinking water has a high chlorine content. It gave me a slight stomach ache.
